Where is my mind?

I love WSU radio. They have always held the number one spot programmed in my car for those rare occasions I'm stuck without my iPod and I certainly don't know what these "cd" things people talk about are. Anyways, they play Margot & The Nuclear So and So's all of the time. Now they're playing songs from Animal! too. I don't know what student has that radio show, but I hope it is a cute single boy that I can meet one day soon.

I just wrote a review for something on sephora.com. Why? I don't know.

Pokemon Platinum was clearly intended to rival crack when it comes to getting hooked. They are remaking Gold and Silver and I can't wait! That exclamation point sent me into ubergeek territory.

I bought a bunch of baseball cards yesterday. I need for the boxes of 2008 series to go on sale.

There is a domestic violence issue with my favorite patient. I can't go into details, but there aren't many more things that cause me more anger and grief than that. I hope that any man that hurts a woman, let alone one as defenseless as this one, burns in hell. I hate not being able to fix things. Every time we take a step forward something cause us to take two steps back. This is the real reason I hate people, they fucking suck.

I am still feeling like crap, but I went out this afternoon and bought a frsh box of tissues + Vick's and some cold medicine. I think my mom is covering for me at work tomorrow, which is nice. Waking up early is bad enough, but when I'm ill every horrible symptom and feeling is magnified by a million. I will now be able to take my pm medication without worrying about being drowsy.

I went to Gamestop and bought Chrono Trigger. It was on sale and came with some promo soundtrack. I figured that means it was meant to be. I played it for half an hour and realized that that game kicks ass. I knew it was supposed good for the SNES, but it definitely blew away my expectations. I also bought Advance Wars Dual Strike. I've yet to play it.

MLB.tv is amazing! I wish I had a faster internet connection though.

- The Margot & The Nuclear So and So's concert last Thursday was fantastic. They are incredible top notch, and in Casey Tennis' case, very funny performers. Every time I leave a show I am completely happy. Words can't even describe the experience properly.
- Best Week Ever is has gone way downhill. At least I can always count on my pretend boyfriend Joel McHale to deliver my celebrity gossip in the form of hilarious.
- I want to get a new DS game. Pokemon Platinum, Professor Layton and the Curious Village, Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest V, or Final Fantasy IV?
- After a 8 year stint, I am eating and enjoying green beans again. Who knew how delicious those suckers are?
- A Million Little Pieces would be a wonderful book if I didn't know that the best parts were fiction.
- I went over 190 minutes on my last billing cycle. For those of you not using Verizon, that's $85.50 worth. I increased my minutes for 20 bucks a month and they got rid of it.
- I am sick. I can't tell if it's allergies or if I caught something from one of my patients. Either way, I'm going to need a new box of Vick's tissues by tomorrow.

It doesn't look like a lot listed there, but I feel pretty spoiled. I ended up spending most of my money on eating out while Liz was up. I suppose it was worth it now that the diet has started. We also ended up going to a hockey game and to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (so very good btw). Aside from that I bought lots of things I needed like shampoo, tissues, medicine, party poppers, and champagne. I plan on finding some money to spend on amazon to stock up on comic books.

My NCLEX test is finally set for the 22nd. I don't know if I'll be able to get away from my new ds games long enough to study.

I just realized my iPod hasn't been scrobbling because I had it on "Enable For Disk Use". It's pretty lame. -or- I'm the lame thing is this equation. I think that's more likely.

Today was pretty fun as far as Thursdays go. We had to to go outside to "observe" and write details down so that we could make a thesis statement. Why? Oh well it's because I'm paying $20,000 to take my Freshmen English class again! I didn't do that though. Instead Toni, Hanna, and I went to Sunoco and bought junk food. Three wasted hours later, we went to P.F. Chang's. There I ate one hot as hell red chili and downed three glasses of water. IV Theory was boring as usual and then in lab we practiced sticking a fake arm. A few "Silence of the Lambs" jokes later I got home and began writing this boring livejournal update.

It is hot today. Now I will proceed to play Zelda and Phoenix Wright on my cute little DS. Hooray for the week being almost over!
